South Carolina native Brian Bevon represents individuals and families suffering from mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases as a result of occupational, environmental and household exposure to asbestos. Additionally, Brian has worked on the firm’s ground contamination legal efforts.

Prior to joining Motley Rice attorneys in 1994, Brian worked on the legislative staff of Senator Ernest “Fritz” Hollings. He later began his law career practicing real estate, property owners and construction defect law with a South Carolina firm.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the South Carolina Association for Justice.
