Kimberly Barone Baden manages the firm’s nursing home abuse and neglect litigation team. She represents the elderly, the nation’s most defenseless population, specifically nursing home and assisted living facility residents who are victims of abuse and neglect. Kimberly advocates for improved medical treatment and care for nursing home residents and shares her nursing home litigation experience with co-counsel and community organizations.

Kimberly also works on the firm’s tainted tissue and misappropriated human remains litigation in both the federal multidistrict litigation and state cases and several of the firm's drug cases, including litigation regarding clients allegedly harmed by the antidepressant drug Paxil.  Additionally she is reviewing potential cases related to birth defects allegedly caused by the use of the drug Wellbutrin early in pregnancy. Kimberly has also been involved with securities fraud litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly worked on pharmaceutical litigation as co-counsel to Motley Rice lawyers at Harrison, Kemp & Jones in Las Vegas, Nevada. She also served as an attorney with the California District Attorney’s Office in San Diego, California.
